well, tuesday went to study with SJSJ (jocelyn, joan and shyenne). wednesday went to sing k at teo heng with them . hahaha. super high although we kept spamming emo songs. its been sooo long since i went to k, so i just sang my lungs out!! the lyrics seem to be in sync with my life x: and also, i've been so out of touch with chinese songs.. but this song, very very emo and nice. love luo zhi xiang!!
yesterday, hung out with erriaryn, morgan rake, nana and claudie at settler's cafe. super high as we played taboo, pictureka and cluedo! lol! and the food was v yummy also! i fucking love the girls.
after the gaming session, we headed to kopitiam where nana let us try her home-baked key lime cheeze cake. i fucking swear. mmmmmm. we couldn't eat enough so we koped ben's share x: hahaha.
then today, met up with alb after his confinement of 3 weeks in there! well, very very good detox session once again and yes alb, im proud of the both of us. super love singapore swimming club. perfect place with the perfect atmostphere to chill. had class outing with amanda, ade tan, anita, szeyee and our rare guest, chantel! i miss her too. so long never chat with her. and well... im glad to have her there.. honestly. i just wished we boozed. we had ma maison for dinner. very wonderful, enthusiastic service and the place is sooooo cozy! so very christmasssy! and the food was gooood! worth the wait! after that, we went to have berrylite. mmmmm. yogurt!!!! :D then headed home.
gahhh. i had so many thoughts over the few days!! well, one of my theories was ..
cus i wore this pair of new "newlook" wedges yesterday. it was high and too big .. :( so i took about 5 minutes to cross one damn traffic light. by the time i reached the bus stop, i just couldn't move. so i decided to walk home and change out of it. into my "cotton on" wedges which were simpler and less high. gosh. it felt like i was wearing running shoes compared to the newlook ones. i could chase bus in that eh! and it occured to me in the bus..
Theory: guys are like shoes. sometimes, those that looks really good at first sight, and then you try them on and you think its really fantastic and you convince yourself that they are the most comfortable because you are mesmerised by it. you don't really even care if it fits you properly because you just need to buy it because they are soooo good looking! but when you bring it home and you get excited to match it with your favourite jeans and wear it to your girls' nightout.. and then you realise that in reality, it isn't practical. you don't believe it even stepping out of your house gate. you just feel you can wear it. until you walked further to the bus stop and realise that in reality, it doesn't fit! and it hurts too! (i had 5 fucking blisters from that shoes). then you limp back home and you change into the cheap, simple-looking shoes that you thought weren't as good. and they make you chase buses. and you become ... very functional!
see, shoes are like guys in the sense that.. maybe sometimes, we're too captivated by the outside that we ignore the reality of what's happening internally. and when the going gets tough, and we do discover that internally, it really wasn't working.. we realise the number of blisters we've already acquired and feel the pain.. hmm..
well, im not sure what im talking about because its almost 3am. x: but yeah. well, i've decided that next year, i'll go abstinent on dates. i wont seek. if they come to me, i'll see how it goes. but i won't seek. need a good break to sort my life out since its also my 21st. need to prepare for adulthood. sian. oh well. okay la. just some random pictures:

"the office" calendar. last month already! so fast. felt like yesterday when i bought it on ebay! a quote from meredith (this really horny office lady): "i've had two men fight over mebefore. usually its over which one gets to hold the camcorder" LOL! i remember the epi michael knocked her down.. and she asked jim to sign on her cast. and her cast was on her pelvis. ewww. hahah!
